Title: Almost Forgotten, Never Told
Description: Made in memory of my father who loved plants and gardens. In this quilt I used the metaphor of an old overgrown garden representing memory. Both have blurred edges around structures that were once so clear, and both represent peace and calm to me.
Materials: Commercial and hand-dyed cotton, silk, linen, synthetics, sheers.
Machine and hand pieced and appliquéd, machine quilted. |
